As we gather, I invite you to arrive gently.
During Circle, there is no pressure to share, just arrive as you are, in alignment with your needs.
Before We Begin:
Join the Zoom room a few minutes early and take a few belly breaths as you settle in.
Prepare your ceremonial cacao and have it in your favourite mug ready to go.
Create a sacred space, including an alter if that feels nourishing and supportive for you.

What happens if I can't make a gathering?
That's completely okay. While your presence in the live circle is deeply valued, life happens.
The ceremony and guided journaling is recorded, while the sharing circle is intentionally left unrecorded to honour a safe and sacred space for authentic expression.
If you're unable to join live, you'll still receive access to the recorded ceremony.
Is there any pressure to share during the gatherings?
No my love.
There is no expectation to share.
Your presence alone is enough.
Do I need ceremonial cacao?
Yes.
